Catalyst Integration Enhancement



Our Catalyst integration has been helping folks find customer records automatically for quite a while now and we thought it high time to give it a boost.

The number 1 request we have had for an enhancement is for the integration to LOG ALL CALLS.

Effective today that is now a reality. As you can see below, the logged in user, date and time and "call completed" are automatically logged into the TASKS/NOTES and the LOG tab of the record making it easier to pull reports on call volume and your employee's activity levels.

If you are a current integration user, please reach out to our tech team at 205 776 6911 to have this function enabled for your users. By the way, you can have us turn it on for all or just some of your users depending on their preferences.
